Refund and Returns Policy

JASON NEXOR LLC strives to ensure your satisfaction with our men’s outerwear. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how to return or exchange products purchased on jasonnexor.com.

Return Eligibility

  • Standard Returns: Items purchased may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Customized/Bespoke Items: Due to their personalized nature, customized jackets are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@jasonnexor.lat or +1-425-866-8123 within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the item securely with the RMA number included.
  3. Ship to: JASON NEXOR LLC, 3202 Garnet St, Los Angeles, CA 90023.
  4. Provide tracking information to info@jasonnexor.lat.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item, issued to the original payment method via ZenPayment.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds for international orders exclude duties/taxes.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Follow the return process and specify your desired exchange item. We’ll cover shipping for exchanges of defective/incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or altered items.
  • Limited-edition or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or promotional credits.
